Summary


At an age when most kids are mainly interested in whatever is in front of them, Momauguin School first-grader Cole Johnson, 6, has some broader, more far-reaching concerns -- like what kind of Earth he and his little sister, Sage, 4, will inherit.

At a tender age, Cole has developed an interest in the environment -- and recycling in particular -- and while he can be shy in conversation, his opinions are strong. In his brief elementary school career, he has not been at all shy about expressing them -- to school Principal Karen Goodale, among others - - and if he has his way, Momauguin may well find itself expanding its recycling programs.
