Compassion of ICU staff at Y-NH was constant My father was recently a patient in the medical ICU unit in Yale-New Haven Hospital. Unfortunately, my father passed away, but not without receiving the best care any person can receive.
My father was brought to the emergency room on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, and later that evening he was brought upstairs to the medical ICU unit. The reception I received from his first nurse in that unit was full of compassion and caring.
