The Shoreline Arts Alliance and Barnes & Noble Booksellers are sponsoring a free workshop from 7 to 8 p.m. Oct. 11 on how to write and prepare children's literature for publication. The workshop will be offered at Barnes & Noble, 470 Universal Drive, North Haven.
