Regarding the Forum article "Questions still linger about CAA," by state Sen. Leonard A. Fasano and state Rep. Vincent J. Candelora, the state Department of Social Services took over management of the Community Action Agency of New Haven in November 2005 and continues to maintain oversight. The questions I pose to Fasano and Candelora are: Where were they before I arrived in May 2006? Have they become interested because some of the problem people that used to be at CAA are no longer here and are going to them with complaints?
