"Bombshells, Bond Rallies & Blackouts," which tells dozens of personal stories from the front lines and the home front, debuted recently at the city's Mattatuck Museum Arts & History Center. It's timed to coincide with the new PBS documentary by Ken Burns, "The War," which prominently features Waterbury.
