NEW HAVEN -- Alderman Mordechai "Moti" Sandman, D-28, will hold two neighborhood meetings. The first regards a proposed residential parking zone for areas around James Hillhouse High School and will give an update on a proposed traffic circle at the intersection of Crescent and Munson streets. City Transportation, Traffic & Parking officials will answer questions. The meeting is at 7 tonight at the New Haven Athletic Center, 480 Sherman Parkway.
