When William "Willie" Evans invited me to visit his domicile, a condominium off Forest Road in West Haven, he said, "Come see my junk shop, my so-called studio." But I think he should call it "Willie's playhouse." Or maybe "Willie's funhouse." Take your pick.

The first thing he showed me was his rocks. They're displayed on a table near the front hallway: dozens of rock face creations he painted.
