Got an issue with your bus, train or van service? You'll have a chance to speak out at a public hearing May 26 held by the Connecticut Public Transportation Commission. The hearing will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Harriet North Room in City Hall, 355 Main St. The commission is gathering testimony about the needs of the public and suggested improvements for transit providers, including CT Transit, Milford transit and Greater Bridgeport Transit bus service, Metro-North train service, dial-a-ride, transportation for the disabled and other issues.
The commission then will issue an annual report, which it will send to the governor, the state commissioner of transportation and the General Assembly's Transportation Committee.See the full content of this document
