Spring arrives a bit early in these parts as the 25th annual Connecticut Flower and Garden Show comes into bloom Thursday at the Connecticut Expo Center. Water gardens, Oriental gardens and a rose garden will show a variety of plant materials and give homeowners a few ideas for those backyard projects ahead.
