Summary
Reading recent criticism of repair response by UI and others, it strikes me that those complaining think that after 24 hours of moderate discomfort, all the electricity should be back on and broken trees should be gone. Just snap your fingers. People want instant gratification and satisfaction. Like spoiled brats, they want it fixed now!
