I had to chuckle a little in reading the article about having trolleys on the streets of New Haven. It was written by a person who I imagine gets a ride to work every day and has no idea what it is like out there to drive a public transit vehicle.

Most drivers are very impatient and some can't wait for a traffic light to change green. They tailgate and blow their horns if you drive too slow.
