Ballistic tests confirm that the .22-caliber handgun that Michael Monroe used to shoot himself Jan. 25 in St. Petersburg, Fla., matches the shell casings found near the slain body of Kenneth Iannucci. Monroe was a neighbor of Iannucci's, whom police found dead in the basement of their Hemingway Avenue rooming house Jan. 22, police said Friday.
