An 18-year-old city man is accused of trying to burn down an abandoned apartment building on Melba Street Tuesday night, police said Wednesday. Christopher Glover, of 26 Kenmore Lane, allegedly acted after becoming angry about a fight with a relative, stole money from the Melba Plaza Laundromat and then headed down the street to the Milford Arms complex, police said.
