All entrees are a good choice nutritionally, with 240 to 380 calories each, 3.5 to 9 grams of fat, 0 to 2 grams of saturated fat, 380 to 760 milligrams of sodium and 5 to 7 grams of fiber.

As for taste, I liked the Southwest Style Chicken and Rosemary Chicken the best, followed by the Black Bean Mango. The Chicken Pasta Pomodoro is bland, and the sauces on the other two were too gooey. Et tu, Carolyn?
