STRATFORD -- A town woman was in critical condition Friday after being hit by a Greater Bridgeport Transit Authority bus on Main Street Thursday evening. Police said Karen Kovalik, 38, of 126 Colony St., was being treated at Bridgeport Hospital for severe injuries.
