Summary
Connecticut residents concerned about the building of cell towers and power lines through their neighborhoods will benefit from passage of a measure shortly before the regular session of the 2007 legislative calendar drew to a close.
The unanimous passage of the bill gives residents who live near proposed cell tower sites and along power line routes "a little more leverage," said state Rep.
