Slow Economy Stalls Rising Gas Prices

Seventy-one percent of Americans expect gas prices to reach $4 per gallon this summer, a fear that adds to their concerns about the possibility of a recession, the mortgage industry meltdown and joblessness, according to a national survey released Wednesday.
