Even before the Class M state tournament baseball pairings were announced, Notre Dame-Fairfield coach Paul Fabbri was more than a little concerned about Sheehan-Wallingford. The Titans were ranked No. 3 in the Register Top 10 preseason poll, but went on to have a subpar regular season at 10-10. Still, that's the last team Fabbri wanted to see in the early rounds because of how dangerous the Titans could be.
