Despite lack of a quorum Tuesday at the special town meeting and confusion over the exact terms and provisions of the lease, the Board of Selectmen voted to extend the Seymour Housing Authority's hold of Randall Field, where it hopes to construct housing for elderly and disabled residents.
Though not enough to constitute a quorum, more than 20 Housing Authority residents attended the meeting. Citing long waiting lists for the Housing Authority properties and their poor condition, many spoke of the need to build up the senior and disabled housing stock.See the full content of this document
