Elena and Joseph A. Sette Jr. of Hamden celebrated their golden wedding anniversary Saturday. The former Elena Graziano and her husband, both graduates of Hamden High School in 1953, were married April 12, 1958, at Blessed Sacrament Church in Hamden. The couple still attends Blessed Sacrament and is active in the church community.
A dinner was hosted at Laurel View Country Club in Hamden by the couple's children and spouses, Joseph and Alice Sette of Dothan, Ala.; Linda Sette of Copperas Cove, Texas; Susan and Dan O'Neill of North Haven; and Mark and Zara Sette of Lakeworth, Fla.
