HARTFORD -- Seventy-four school districts, including East Haven, Derby, Branford, North Branford, Shelton and West Haven, have submitted memorandums of understanding to the state Department of Education, agreeing to take part in education reforms included in the state's $175 million application for federal Race to the Top money.
