Summary
MILFORD -- A $1.15 million project designed to eliminate a treacherous intersection on Pepe's Farm Road is expected to begin this fall, and one top city official who knows the intersection's danger firsthand said the work can't begin soon enough. The city appropriated the funds to reconfigure the intersection in 2002. The project includes eliminating a loop at the east end of Pepe's Farm Road so it would go straight onto Woodmont Road.
Two synchronized traffic lights also would be installed, one at the new intersection of Pepe's Farm and Woodmont roads and another at nearby Quarry Road.See the full content of this document
