Law professor Barbara McAdoo will present "Mediation in the Courts: What Do We Stand For? Lessons from Empirical Research" from noon to 2 p.m. today at Quinnipiac University in the School of Law Center faculty commons. McAdoo has taught at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minn., since 1984 and founded Hamline's Dispute Resolution Institute. She was the institute's director from 1991 to 1998.
