There has been an increase in the number of working-age Connecticut residents who lack health insurance, but not for children, according to an analysis of U.S. census data. Connecticut Voices for Children, a policy think tank, credited the state's HUSKY health insurance program with stabilizing the rate of uninsured youngsters.
