NAUGATUCK -- The Valley has a new community theater group, Phoenix Stage Company, and it's welcoming audiences Friday at 7:30 p.m. with a preview of its inaugural production "Bleacher Bums," following a 7 p.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony to which Mayor Bob Mezzo is expected.
