2nd Person Charged in Group Home Case

NORTH HAVEN -- A former group home supervisor has been arrested in connection with the mishandling of a client, police said. Lukisha Anderson, 35, of 128 Bristol St., New Haven, surrendered to police Monday and was charged with risk of injury to a minor, Capt. James Merrithew said.

Anderson's arrest is related to the RHD Group Home investigation by Detective Mark Iannone. Another employee, Elvis Santiago, 36, of Meriden, was arrested last week. A 15-year-old developmentally disabled boy was allegedly bruised while under Santiago's care, Merrithew said.
