Summary

ORANGE -- The Orange Historical Society is sponsoring a "Food and Friends Gathering" at the Bryan-Andrew House Museum from 1 to 4:30 p.m. May 25. The house at 131 Old Tavern Road is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1750, making it Orange's oldest house, the Bryan-Andrew home was purchased by the town in 2000 to be restored for use as a museum. The society has secured local and state funds to restore it.

"The purpose of this event, which replaces our annual spring dinner, is to give residents an opportunity to see what progress has been made in the restoration of Orange's oldest house and what remains to be done," said Ginny Reinhard, president of the Orange Historical Society.
