Summary
The Board of Selectmen Thursday appointed Jeffrey M. Donofrio as town attorney, replacing Robert K. Ciulla, who had held the position since 1979. In 1996, Ciulla and Donofrio left Tyler, Cooper & Alcorn in New Haven and opened their own practice on Washington Avenue, focusing on construction law, municipal and governmental law and tax appeals.
Ciulla retired Dec. 31, and at the time said he would serve as town attorney until a successor was appointed. He will be counsel to the firm and to the town until he wraps up the cases he is working on.See the full content of this document
