NewAlliance Bank wants to relocate its North Colony Road branch to the site of a former restaurant nearby. Officials for NewAlliance have submitted plans to town officials to move the branch at 670 N. Colony Road to the former Bickford's Family Restaurant location at 741 N. Colony Road, Town Planner Linda Bush said.
