Summary
The small artists colony tucked away in Westville Village has a close-knit fabric of invested neighbors, renovated houses, fenced- in yards and one bar that they say is ruining everything. The fences, residents maintain, are out of necessity, to keep the patrons from the Owl's Nest from traipsing through their yards to urinate, have sex and deal and do drugs.
