OLD SAYBROOK -- Toddler Tunes, Youth and Family Services' interactive music program for children from birth to 30 months and their parent or guardian, will begin at 10-10:45 a.m. Tuesday at Acton Public Library, 60 Old Boston Post Road. The session is led by local musician Tammi Dunlap. It includes snacks and social time.
