Summary


Last week in Part One: Jean told of traveling recently to Morocco with long-time friend and travel companion Barbara Borchardt of New Jersey via Royal Air Maroc. The story continues: It was pure luck and our good fortune that the others in the group were ending their tour with the three cities while we had booked to travel across country. As there were only two of us remaining, we were provided with a private driver/guide and a Mercedes station wagon for the rest of the trip.

Our guide, Mustaph, was warm and delightful. He spoke excellent English, was thoroughly knowledgeable about his country and world affairs in general, had a lively sense of humor, and when we finally parted in Marrakech, we felt as though we were saying good-bye to a friend.
