Classes to begin at 9:30 on 20 Mondays for Law, Foran students City high school students will get more than an extra 40 winks this fall.

That's because the city's two high schools will adopt a pilot program that delays the start of the school day by two hours on 20 Mondays to be named, an effort aimed at improving learning, Superintendent of Schools Gregory A. Firn said Thursday.
