Summary
A Hebron man accused of trying to evict six people from his West Haven home last year using a gang of his motorcycle-enthusiast friends was sentenced Friday at Superior Court, but will receive no further jail time after a judge took the circumstances surrounding the incident into account. Michael Amato, 48, pleaded guilty under the Alford doctrine to one count each of second-degree threatening and third-degree burglary for the June 5, 2005 incident.
Amato was sentenced to five years probation, and five years in prison, suspended after 40 days, which he has already served in the Bridgeport Correctional Facility.See the full content of this document
