Summary
A Branford man was sentenced to three months in prison Friday followed by three months of home confinement for possessing child pornography, U.S. Attorney David B. Fein said in a statement. Michael Holm, 32, of Oak Street, also was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Alvin W. Thompson in Hartford to five years of supervised release after his home confinement, Fein said.
According to documents and statements made in court, on May 29, 2008, agents with the Connecticut Computer Crimes Task Force searched Holm's home and seized a computer, which had 150 to 300 images of child pornography.See the full content of this document
