Summary
In a letter, Diane Toth of Cheshire said it was a waste of money to have SWAT in New Haven on the day of the arraignment of the two men accused in the Cheshire killings. It was necessary for SWAT to be there. There are vigilantes in this world. I would not want to be walking down the street when some sick person decided to inflict what he would call justice.
