I am more disgusted with this state than ever. As I read the article about all-terrain vehicle enforcement, all I could think was: "Why isn't Connecticut doing something about putting together a place for these criminals to ride?" As much as it must have cost to put people in an airplane, on the ground, on ATVs and in police cars to catch people riding them, the state could put that money to much better use in a quest to give owners of these vehicles a place to ride.
Every other state around Connecticut has state-sanctioned trails. Registration and tax money fund these trail systems. I have traveled as far as West Virginia to use that state's system.See the full content of this document
