The Guilford Board of Education has decided to pay $5,000 to $7,000 to hire a consultant to study the food service program. School board Chairman William Bloss said, "There's no one on the Board of Education who has expertise in this particular area."
The greatest source of information would be the food service workers. It is disrespectful to ignore us and spend money unnecessarily. We are the ones who have expertise in this area.See the full content of this document
