Admitting that he has been part of the problem, Phillip Stull now wants to help find a solution. "My experience has been that traffic - - especially speeding traffic -- is an insidious disease" for communities, he said. "It creeps up on you."
To forestall that possibility for Killingworth, selectmen have endorsed his proposal to form a committee to study the "vehicular, pedestrian and other users of Killingworth's road system" and develop recommendations to enhance public safety.See the full content of this document
