Summary
Congratulations to Craig Henrici on his re-election as mayor of Hamden. But, I ask Henrici to take a drive around Hamden's streets and see how many homes have for-sale signs in their front yards. One very big issue that Ronald Gambardella, Henrici's Republican mayoral opponent, had in his campaign was to phase in taxes. In the two years I have been a homeowner in Hamden, my taxes have jumped $100 per month. If some kind of ceiling isn't placed on Hamden's taxes, I might very well be another for-sale sign in Hamden. Please don't put Hamden up for sale.
