New Haven Shooting Attributed to Road Rage

Summary

NEW HAVEN -- A man was recovering Sunday after being shot in the back in what police describe as an apparent road-rage incident. It happened at about 3:15 p.m. Saturday on Goffe Street and police tentatively identified the victim as Curtis Miller. His age was not available.
