NEW HAVEN -- A man was recovering Sunday after being shot in the back in what police describe as an apparent road-rage incident. It happened at about 3:15 p.m. Saturday on Goffe Street and police tentatively identified the victim as Curtis Miller. His age was not available.
He was taken by private vehicle to the Hospital of Saint Raphael, although a hospital spokeswoman Sunday said no patient was there by that name. Police, however, described the wound as nonlife- threatening.See the full content of this document
