WEST HAVEN -- Police say a resident displayed a handgun during an argument with a woman Monday and was arrested Thursday on related charges. Barry D. White, 21, was arrested on charges of reckless endangerment, threatening, illegal possession of a gun, risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.
Police were sent to East Avenue on report of a domestic dispute at 12:30 a.m. Monday, said Officer Angelo Moscato. The woman told police White pulled out a gun during the argument.
