-HAMDEN -- Public works employee William G. Anderson hasn't been at work since Monday and hasn't been in touch with his family and friends since Wednesday, and they are very worried. Not being in touch with anyone is very much out of character, his mother, Linda Anderson of Mountain Road, said Saturday. Friends and family have been looking for him and have checked area hospitals and travel routes he is known to take.
