Power grid operator ISO-New England is launching a public awareness campaign to encourage residents of the six-state region to make their homes more energy efficient. The "Take Charge New England" campaign, which will cost $200,000 and last through the end of the year, will consist of billboard advertisements as well as radio and cable TV public service announcements.
