Strobe Talbott Wednesday told his audience at Yale University that the Iraq war is "shaping up to be ... the greatest foreign policy blunder in the history of our Republic," much worse than Vietnam.

A former editor and columnist for Time Magazine and now president of The Brookings Institution, Talbott delivered a lecture at the MacMillan Center in which he compared the administrations of President Bush and his father, President George H.W. Bush, while also answering questions about Iraq.
