Summary


On Oct. 14, at the Madison Property Owners Association sponsored debate, First Selectman Al Goldberg did not answer several direct questions asking for his position on the $10.7 million purchase of the Griswold Airport property. Goldberg's response was that "this is a matter for the voters to decide."

What bothers me and many others is while Goldberg has been sending e-mails from his office to target individuals expressing his support for the purchase, he lacks the intestinal fortitude to share his position publicly with the residents of Madison.
