A North Carolina-based logistics company has leased most of the former Stop & Shop warehouse at 300 Montowese Ave. New Breed Corp., which helps companies design and operate supply chains, occupied 540,000 square feet of space at the facility last month, according to CoStar Group, a national commercial real estate information provider.
