The Rev. Greg Hogan Sr., pastor of the First Baptist Church of Barberton, Ohio, believes colleges need to do more to limit students' access to Internet gambling sites. Also, he said the justice system needs to recognize gambling as an addiction as powerful as alcohol or drugs.

Speaking Thursday before 250 people at the annual meeting of the Connecticut Council on Problem Gambling, Hogan said he understands all too well the dangers of gambling addiction.
