Matthew Scott, who lost custody of his 7-year-old daughter last month as part of a custody battle that involved a kidnapping by another relative, plans to move to Florida and fight for his daughter, his former attorney said.
Scott, of West Haven, reluctantly turned over his daughter, Brittany Scott, to her mother, Jacklyn Somers of Florida, Jan. 21.
