BRANFORD -- The Police Department's traffic squad will help motorcycle owners who want to have the noise from their exhaust and muffler systems measured, from noon to 3 p.m. today at the Interstate 95 Exit 53 commuter lot off Commercial Parkway. The free inspection is in response to many requests from motorcycle owners who have been notified of upcoming noise-enforcement action by the police.
